Welcome to the New York Botanical Garden's fraud reporting system. It is the policy of The New York Botanical Garden to conduct business according to the highest ethical standards and to comply fully with all applicable laws and regulations in order to maintain the complete confidence of the public, our donors, volunteers, and employees. The NYBG expects its employees to use good judgment, to apply the highest ethical standards, and to refrain from any form of illegal, dishonest, or unethical behavior.
In order to enable NYBG employees to report fraud or fiscal misconduct at the Garden, we have contracted with EthicsPoint to provide a secure and confidential reporting mechanism. The NYBG Fraud Reporting System is available 24 hours a day for the completely anonymous reporting of complaints or concerns regarding NYBG's accounting controls, auditing matters, or other financial concerns. Reports may be submitted to EthicsPoint by toll-free phone (866-294-9435) or via this website (www.ethicspoint.com). Reports may be made anonymously by either method.
EthicsPoint will confidentially transmit all reports to senior NYBG management, who will investigate each of them and inform the NYBG Board as necessary. Any report which references a particular member of NYBG senior management will not be shared with that person.
